Not the dress in the photo

I received a completely different dress from the one in the photo. The one in the photo is the Tobie dress from Anthropologie. When I tried to reach out to customer service to receive a refund, I didn’t hear back. This is disappointing.

What a beautiful dress. The green is dark and soft, and the waist fits just right. I am around 5'2" and its a bit too long so I'll hem it around an inch. Love love love
